SAUCES

Garlic Honey Marinade
...for meats, chicken etc.
  • - 1/4 cup lemon juice
    - 2 tablespoons soya sauce
    - 2 minced garlic gloves
    - 1/4 cup honey
    - 1 tablespoon dry sherry or white wine
  • Mix all the ingredients. Yields 3/4 cup.
Sweet Yummy Salad Dressing
  • - 1/2 cup olive oil
    - 1/2 cup sugar
    - 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Mix well.
